About Stefani Wooldridge

Stefani Wooldridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas State University and is a Registered Dietitian and Certified LEAP Therapist. Stefanie’s great passion in life is assisting others to feel healthier, live healthier and to embrace the many wonderful benefits of mental and physical wellbeing. She believes that everyone can feel great and have more energy by incorporating healthy foods and moderate exercise into their busy lives. This isn’t always easy to do, that’s why she’s here to help.

Stefani understands that each person is unique with specific goals and nutrition needs. Her nutrition philosophy is one that looks at the total person. Not only on dietary intakes and supplements; but lifestyle, prevention, and the use of natural therapies. Her specialties include coaching women and men to create healthy life long nutrition and lifestyle habits using a functional approach to improve gut health, autoimmune disease, hormones, weight loss, and food sensitivities.

Stefani is the co-author of the Body Balance Method by Skin Savvy, a comprehensive wellness program designed to help you reach your short-term and long-term health goals. The Body Balance Method was specifically designed to be tailored to each patient’s needs including weight gain, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, gut health and more!
