Cancellation Policy
Skin Savvy is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving advanced notice, they prevent other patients from being seen. If it becomes necessary to cancel an appointment, we request to be notified a minimum of 24 hours before the time of the appointment. This allows us to schedule conveniently for our providers and the patients filling the cancellation. If you have a Monday appointment you must cancel before 5pm Friday. If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and you will need to reschedule.
Patients canceling an appointment without a 24 hour notice will be charged as follows:
*You will be charged $50 for the missed appointment.
*If you are to NO SHOW without any notice at all, there will be a charge of $100.
Appointment Request Policy
*A credit card is required to be kept on file in our secure system to request/book an appointment.
*Please understand our online booking is an appointment “request”; and is subject to availability. Our staff will happily call you should your request no longer be available at the time of response. As always, for quicker service, please call our office at 512-840-0607 to secure your desired appointment time.
Skincare Consultation Policy
Skin Savvy offers a comprehensive 30 minute clinical consultation with our highly skilled medical staff to help assess and develop a suitable treatment plan to achieve a natural youthful looking aesthetic. Our skincare experts will recommend the best course of services and/or products to best achieve your skin goals.
**Skin Savvy charges $50 for all skincare consultations. The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
